The newly crowned Oldenburg champion stallion "Follow Me" by Fürstenball x Donnerschwee x Alabaster showed himself as a master mover with a very strong engine. He is bred by Jürgen Fetzel, owned by Susanne Limbecker and was sold to Dressurpferde Leistungszentrum Lodbergen at the auction in Vechta.

Sansibar by Sir Donnerhall II x Don Schufro x Sevillano xx became reserve champion bred by Theo and Sabrina Vagelpohl, owned and presented by Johannes Westendarp. Second reserve stallion was Veneziano by Vivaldi x Donnerhall x Pik Bube I bred and owned by Blue Hors in Denmark and out of the Don Schufro full sister Fabina who was once mare of the year in Oldenburg.

The section for jumping horses, Oldenburg-International (OS), named a very attractive grey by Cornet's Stern x Chacco Blue x Contendro I as the OS champion stallion. This very supple and yet powerful jumper was sold to Stutteri Ask in Denmark.

At a press conference the Oldenburg’s Breeding Director summarized the results: "We are extremely satisfied with the results of the Oldenburg licensing. This year’s crop of stallions with emphasis on dressage was simply astonishing – we have never had so many stallions with such excellent movements. It was also very satisfying for us to see the great variety of bloodlines in their pedigrees.”
