WBFSH had a booth in Kentucky

The WBFSH booth was located in the Equine Village at the far South of the Kentucky Horse Park with what the organisers called the non-profit organisations. The booth was well furnished and looked classy.
In fact Hank van Campen and Véronique Libbrecht were handing out the new WBFSH flyers as well as different brochures from WBFSH member studbooks, and Breeding News was showing both the monthly and the Worldwide Sport Horse Stallion Directory.

A few non-affiliated breeding organisations from various countries required information at the booth and were mainly interested in how to become a member. A studbook from India was one of them.
Some of our members paid the WBFSH booth a visit, like Enno Empel from Hannover, Jim Flannagan and Alison Corbally from ISH and Xavier Guibert and Caroline Teyssier from Haras Nationaux.

On busy days the booth was visited by several hundreds and on other days there could be very few visitors. The best days have been the Monday to Wednesday the second week, when the team show jumping took place.
The problem of the crowd missing was one of the main problems of the Alltech FEI 2010 Lexington WEG. At the end they have announced 500,000 spectators, which was actually less than Aachen 2006, whilst Kentucky had space and facilities enough for a million!
