De Niro by Donnerhall / Akzent II / Wiesenbaum xx was bred by Brigitte Pahl, Fockbeck in Germany.

The black Hanoverian stallion De Niro was born in 1993 and is owned by Burkhard Wahler and Anton Böckmann.

De Niro became dressage and rideability champion at the stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf with an index of 145.41 points and a total index of 141.93 points.

At the age of 7 he was successful in his first Grand Prix tests and won the German Championship for Professional Riders with Dolf-Dietram Keller who later took De Niro on to winning the international Grand Prix and Grand Prix Special tests in Saumur and Berlin.

The sport highligt in his career was as winner of the German Dressage Derby in Hamburg. Later on De Niro has successfully competed under the young Therese Wahler.

De Niro has sired more than 60 approved sons of which several have been licensing champions. He has also proven to stand strong as a dam sire to many young rising stars.

At the stallion licensing this year De Niro was presented by a superb premium colt which is full brother to Danone I-II.

At the ceremony of being decorated with the title of Stallion of the Year De Niro was accompanied by a perforance by his sons Dancier, Danone I, Danone II and De Noir.
