Since 1992 WBFSH has arranged the World Breeding Championships for Sport Horses (WBCSH) in the three olympic disciplines together with the FEI.

The World Championship for 5- and 6-year-old dressage horses in the German town of Verden has become a yearly attraction for riders and breeders.

Highly valuable information can be obtained when the judges state their reasons for the marks given with their impressions of each of the horses.

Verden is also the place that gives breedes and riders an idea of the demands for an international dressage horse today and in the future.

The show in Verden offers much more than the young horse dressage championships. FEI tests in both dressage and jumping are running throughout the show alongside Hanoverian riding championships and foal championships.

This years championship has been one of the best ever for both participants and for the crowd. The unique showground is continueously improving and nothing seems to be impossible for the organisors in Verden.

The judges received much praise for their difficult job.
