Sezuan came, saw and conquered. In today's qualification for 7-year-olds the former double world champion Sezuan won very comfortably

27 seven-year-old horses competed in the qualification this morning in Ermelo. The former double champion from Verden, Sezuan by BH Zack x BH Don Schufro bred by Linette Jæger), is the first horse in history which gets the opportunity to become a tripple world champion as FEI/WBFSH is holding its first world championships for 7-year-olds this year.

 

Today the black DWB stallion and his German rider Dorothee Schneider delivered a faultless test and left a margin of 10% to the second placed horse and rider. Runner-up in the qualification was the grey gelding FBW Fairplay H by Fürst Romancier x Disco Tänzer, bred by Werner Häffner, owned and ridden by Ines Knoll. In third place came the SWB gelding Fiorucci HT by Florencio x Rubinrot bred and owned by Absolut Dental AB and ridden by Jeanna Högberg. 12 horses qualified for the finals on Sunday.
