She is feisty, fearless and fast. The little grey, DTPF bred mare Chilli by Colestus x Colorit (bred by Erich Schoch, Germany) turned out to be an invincible competitor for all contenders in the FEI/WBFSH World Breeding Championships for 5-year-olds. Ridden by British Pippa Goddard, a professional young horse rider, effortly cleares all fences on the big course for 5-year-olds. East German bred Chili and her young British rider were quite unknown before stealing the picture at Zangersheide where they became very populars champions today.

The stallion Quiwitino WZ by Quiwi Dream x Caretino (bred by Sören von Rönne) placed second and took silver under German rider Felix Hassmann whilst German Angelique Rüsen, rider for Zangersheide, rode Calvino by Castelan II x Literat (bred by Hans-Hinrich Hanse) into third place securing the bronze medal. Angelique Rüsen also rode one of Christian Ahlmann's horses into fourth place.

Unfortunately, none of the breeders of the three medal winners were present at the price giving ceremony to collect neither their WBFSH diploma nor their cheque of 2,500, 2,000 and 1,500 euros.
